Abstract Currently, many buildings are constructed with precast concrete methods. However, they still use the cast in-situ method, especially for beam and column connection system where there some obstacles in casting process possibility of installing reinforcement bars on site not following design. Hence, is potential structural failure that part connection. To reduce constraints, it proposed method connecting an innovative simple, lightweight, fast manufacturing process, can be quickly effectively on-site, easily meets specifications quality. This type a dry joint only uses bolts steel box components. study will prove receive moment shear load due to earthquakes elastic phase, experiencing plasticity. The concept planning does change Special Moment Frame System which applies Strong Column Weak Beam Plastic Hinges. ensured strong conditions, no yielding damage at time large earthquake, so but occurs block element end outside planned flexural ductile behavior, failure.
